Founded by Caroline Siassios, DOT draws on over 30 years of experience across education, marketing, communications, and consulting. Caroline’s background as a secondary teacher and her extensive work in strategic marketing and community engagement enable her to lead the design of practical solutions that supports growth and meaningful connections.
With a proven track record in helping organisations build strong brands, develop targeted learning programs, and navigate digital transitions, Caroline brings a grounded, results-focused approach to supporting schools and businesses.
